The results of this survey will be brought to the attention of interested parties in the travel industry (hotels, airlines, car hire agencies and travel agents) in order that they can improve the facilities and services that they presently extend to the business traveller plus provide valuable information to assist the travel industry in general for future expansion and development.

Detailed results of the data received from this survey will also be available to educational bodies and students free of charge upon written request.
