This agreement will become binding with its execution upon receipt and approval by Reservation Centre-ABT/FBTC Head Office and will become effective immediately or from date specified or from the expiry of the last agreement if applicable and will remain effective until the expiry term or until cancelled by either party with three months notice in writing.

Minimum validity period for this contract is 12 months. No amendments can be made to this agreement without the approval in writing from both parties. Upon receipt of this agreement the Hotel will be considered included in the Programme unless otherwise notified.
